The pages have a nice, thick quality that feels sturdy, and each excuse is clever enough to make you smile. I bought these for my coworker, and she laughed out loud at the "I'm late because I was fighting off ninjas" line.

The paper quality is decent enough to write on with a pen without bleeding through, and the funny excuse lines actually made my coworker laugh when I handed one in. Definitely helped break the tension after I showed up late to a meeting.

I taped one to my desk after a rough morning and three coworkers immediately asked where they could get their own—the paper takes pen ink really well without bleeding through.
